Terra Construction, based in Esch / Alzette and Fentange, first focused and concentrated on its preferred trades such as plastering, flooring, painting, tiling, masonry, window installation, sanitary heating, roofing and electricity before opening up to atypical constructions for individuals such as houses, apartments and residences, in order to best respond to its customers.
Also, Terra Construction gives investors the opportunity to invest in the Luxembourg Real Estate market through investment in its bonds.
These investment plans allow investors to position themselves on high-yield real estate investments in Luxembourg, while having a short-term investment horizon, namely between 3 and 5 years.
