Raphaël Collin was one of the founders of Baker & McKenzie Luxembourg office in 2010. He has an extensive experience of 19 years in real estate and M&A transactions.
He routinely assists domestic and foreign clients (regulated or not) on their real estate investments and transactions (asset and share deals) and the related financing. He is regularly leading real estate deals from a transactional standpoint. Raphael is recognized by Chambers&Partners in 2014, 2015, and 2016 as having experience in commercial and corporate and also recognized by Legal 500 in 2015 and in 2016, as having experience in property acquisitions.

Benoit Maréchal has more than 12 years of experience in real estate, litigation and employment law. He was one of the two Persons in charge of the Litigation practice within Baker & McKenzie Luxembourg. He leaded major real estate transactions such as the acquisition of top one commercial gallery or of the City Station building in Luxembourg. Benoit Marechal advises clients notably on issues relating to urban planning, litigation, administrative and real estate law. Benoit Marechal was a former assistant at the University of Liege for administrative law. He holds conferences and is the author of several scientific articles in administrative, public and employment law.
Gregor H. Berke has a banking, capital market and financing background, with more than 20 years of experience in structuring and setting up of investment vehicles, with a strong focus on Real Estate structures (RAIFs, SIFs and SICARs). In this context he also takes care of stock exchange listings (LuxSE and EuroMTF) and other DCM matters. Further he is acting as a Managing Director to two Luxembourg securitization platforms with nine compartments under management, inter alia for the securitization of participations in German PropCos (GmbH & Co. KG) and property financing. Due to his origin and his qualification (Rechtsanwalt) he is the preferred point-of-contact for German clientele.
